About the Presenter:

Mr William (Bill) Stark was admitted to legal practice in Victoria in 1988 and has been a member of the Victorian Bar since 1998. He practises in a broad range of commercial disputes in the areas of property (especially mortgage-related property), contracts, corporations law and insolvency.

William has appeared regularly at VCAT in retail tenancy and real property proceedings. Whilst completing his law degree part-time, William worked full-time for the Australian Taxation Office, including for 2 years in Hobart (whilst studying at the University of Tasmania).

David Wallace, Partner, Wallace Wilkinson & Webster

About the Presenter:

Mr David Wallace is the founder of Wallace Wilkinson & Webster. He is now a consultant practicing in property and commercial law including commercial litigation. Mr Wallace has appeared as counsel in the Supreme court of Tasmania and the Federal Court of Australia in commercial and property matters. David was the inaugural Chair of the Property Agents Tribunal and is presently the deputy chair of the Tribunal under the Legal Profession Act 2007.
