PEXA's purpose is to introduce and enable electronic conveyancing into Tasmania by creating system solutions that are compatible, reliable and able to be used by all interested parties. PEXA aims to facilitate the transition to a positive digitised experience by introducing and adopting new streamlined systems, process, ways of working and behaviours across the various stakeholder groups. Rukshana Sashankan, General Manager, PEXA Practitioners Team

About the Presenter:

Ms Rukshana Sashankan brings over 18 years of experience in senior leadership roles bringing positive change to the industry. She leads the National PEXA Practitioner team, supporting lawyers and conveyancers with successfully adopting digital property settlements. Her experience as a property lawyer and leadership roles in Legal and Operations, in addition to an impressive seven years at PEXA, has been instrumental in transitioning practitioners to digital settlements. Rakshana's impact on the industry and the members at large is evident through her ongoing engagement and participation in industry and member based events, as well as championing for worthy causes such as Diversity and Inclusion committees and mentoring with Deakin University’s CREATE Program and Sisterworks. Now more than just property settlement, PEXA helps Practitioners unlock value into their business and client experience. Rukshana and the PEXA team work together with Practitioners to enable easy to use solutions that increase security and efficiency, instill confidence, and provide a seamless experience for their clients.

About the Presenter:

Ms Hanna Nguyen-La current role is to manage Government relationships in the West Coast. Hanna comes with a career spanning over 28+ years in corporations such AGL, Telstra and PEXA, leading high profile strategic partnerships. Hanna is super excited to be part of the digital conveyancing journey in Tasmania with proven experience in developing leading edge and strategic programs across major banks and energy sectors. Outside of work, Hanna is a mum of 3 mini adults and during her spare time loves to cook, travel and also delves into Feng Shui.

Vesna Vranjes, Customer Success Manager, PEXA

About the Presenter:

Ms Vesna Vranjes is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience within PEXA, specialising in assisting medium to small firms to transition from paper to electronic lodgement through education and support. Beginning her career in property settlements with Espreon (later known as SAI Global) and eventually moved to ANZ to head up the NSW Settlement team. Vesna's diverse career path has afforded her a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a transaction, enabling her to navigate the complexities of property settlements successfully.
