About the Presenter:
Ms Claire Brattey has practised exclusively as an employment lawyer for over 20 years, across several jurisdictions working with a wide range of sectors including banking and finance, facilities management, manufacturing, construction, mining, drilling and IT and the public sector. Claire has assisted clients with numerous industrial campaigns and employment relation management plans. She will act as a negotiator or mediator or represent client interests in the FWC or the Courts. As well as being an Australian lawyer, Claire originally qualified in Scotland and worked as an employment lawyer in the UK for over 10 years.
