About the Presenter:
Ms Fleur Dewhurst was admitted to practice in 2002 and has worked for a number of years in private practice in the area of civil litigation and health law. For the last 11 years Fleur has worked as an inhouse legal advisor with the Tasmanian Health Service. In addition, Fleur is a passionate educator having lectured for a number of years with the School of Medicine in the area of Medico-legal risk issues and with a number of the medical colleges.
