About the Presenter:

Mr Travis Anderson is a Deloitte Partner that specialises in advising on business turnaround and performance improvement. Travis is based in Tasmania and is the leader of Turnaround & Restructuring services in Tasmania and South Australia, and specialises in advising underperforming, stressed and distressed businesses by providing advice on performance improvement, corporate turnaround and restructuring. Travis provides a range of services to his clients that include lenders, boards and government. Travis' experience and expertise covers services such as:

About the Presenter:

Mr Adam Johnston is a Principal at Deloitte in Turnaround & Restructuring based in Tasmania. Adam has spent the last ten years working in the insolvency industry and is a Registered Liquidator and Bankruptcy Trustee. Adam has significant experience in leading formal appointments, including trading-on businesses, managing a variety of stakeholder groups, and overseeing external administration of entities that are the subject of disputes.

Mr Chris Groves is a principal in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team at Dobson Mitchell Allport. He is a leading commercial litigation lawyer and an accredited building adjudicator. Chris practises across a wide range of commercial and related disputes, with a focus on company and partnership disputes, insolvency law, building and construction disputes, trust disputes, property disputes, and recovery actions. Chris regularly acts for and against insolvency practitioners, developers and property owners, government bodies, large and small builders, shareholders, and insurers. Chris regularly appears in many of Tasmania’s courts and tribunals. Chris is an adjudicator under the Security of Payment legislation in Tasmania, New South Wales and Queensland, and has adjudicated hundreds of construction payment disputes in this role since 2010.
