William Stark, Barrister, Hayden Starke Chambers (Vic)

About the Presenter:

Mr William (Bill) Stark was admitted to legal practice in Victoria in 1988, and has been a member of the Victorian Bar since 1998. He practises in a broad range of commercial disputes in the areas of property (especially mortgage-related property), contracts, corporations law and insolvency. William has appeared regularly at VCAT in retail tenancy and real property proceedings.

Whilst completing his law degree part-time, William worked full-time for the Australian Taxation Office, including for 2 years in Hobart (whilst studying at the University of Tasmania).
