Mathew Phipps, Development Officer, Land Titles Office
About the Presenter:
Mr Mathew Phipps started with the Land Titles Office as a clerk in 2003. He was held the position of Examiner (Registrations) and worked in the General Law and Powers of Attorneys areas before settling into the role of Development Officer. Mathew also assists in the Strata Dispute adjudication process and holds the position of Assistant Recorder. Mathew has been involved with the development of the Tasmanian Online Land Dealings (TOLD) system from the beginning and conducted the initial rollout training around the state.
Joanne Lovell, Development Officer, Land Titles Office
About the Presenter:
Ms Joanne Lovell has worked at the Land Titles Office since 2003. She has had various roles within the Office over that time period including Clerk, Examiner (registrations) and currently as a Development Officer. Joanne was part of the development and implementation of TOLD.
Nick Doyle, Principal Examiner (Registration), Land Titles Office
About the Presenter:
Mr Nick Doyle started at the LTO in 2004 as Technical Officer in Plan Records, in 2009 moved into the Plan Examination Section and since 2019 has held the position of Principal Examiner (Registration). Nick assists with the management of the Registration section which is responsible for the examination and registration of all dealings within the LTO.
