The Government of Tasmania is seeking expressions of interest from experienced legal practitioners who wish to be considered for appointment as Deputy President and Division Head (General Division) of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. The appointee will be based in Hobart; however, applicants should be aware that the Tribunal is a state-wide service and the appointee may need to sit throughout the State as necessary.

To be eligible for appointment a candidate must be an Australian lawyer within the meaning of the Legal Profession Act 2007 of not less than 5 years’ standing as an Australian legal practitioner.

Persons lodging an expression of interest must include a statement addressing each of the selection criteria, a current curriculum vitae and the names of three professional and confidential referees.
