Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia – Magellan List

Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) (FCFCOA (Division 1)) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (FCFCOA (Division 2)) (together, the Courts) have implemented an updated Magellan List definition and criteria, upon recommendation by the Courts’ Family Violence Committee. These updates reflect the Courts’ ongoing commitment to responding appropriately to risk in family law proceedings.
