Update to Profession – 3 July 2024 I want to thank all of those who donated to the Vinnies CEO Sleepout. The Law Society’s goal was to raise the sum of $3,000.00 and we raised $4,610.00. Update to Profession  - 12 June 2024 On 24 May 2024, the Law Society was sent the draft Bill - Justice Miscellaneous (Commission of Inquiry) Bill 2024 for review. Update to Profession – 1 May 2024 On 26 April, the Law Society received notification from the Chambers Manager to Chief Justice Mortimer that the Attorney-General (Commonwealth) had approved an assignment by Her Honour of Justice McElwaine to the Victorian Registry of the Court.
