About the Presenter:

Mr Robert Manning is the Recorder of Titles at the Land Titles Office in Tasmania. Robert was previously a senior lawyer and with over 30 years’ practical experience in property, commercial and estate law. Robert has held numerous leadership roles over the course of his career including for the Law Society of Tasmania as the Property and Commercial Law Committee Chair, on which he is a current member, and Pro Bono Legal Assistance Committee Chair. Robert holds a strong record in driving innovation and reform, always advocating for efficiency and good law that serves the community. He was the 2018 recipient of the Law Society President’s Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the legal profession.
