Description

Gayle Johnston and Merrilyn Williams from the Legal Profession Board of Tasmania deliver a highly informative Annual LPBT Update. This webinar updates you on matters most relevant to you and your practice, on what has come to the LPBT's attention since August 2020. It incorporates the feedback from the 2020 session. And provides an overview of key statistics and trends through factual situations based on complaints indicating at what stage certain actions and steps by practitioners might head off the complaint or avoid a breach of the rules of practice. The session includes some examples and hypothetical ethical scenarios based on recent decisions and discusses specific examples of how things go wrong.
