Kevin Humphreys, in celebration of Anzac day and to shed a light on PTSD.

In this session hear from ex-Army officer, Kevin Humphreys. Kevin is a true leader in every sense, having been given the keys to a Black Hawk helicopter at age 21 and commanding troops through a war zone conducting life saving rescues. A diagnosis of PTSD and months of feeling like a failure, shameful about failing his country, wife, kids and people he found himself at rock bottom. Kevin shares his story, to bring awareness to mental health and reduce the stigma of talking about your struggles. In Kevin’s words, mental illness is recoverable.
