Complaints – Member Adviser Service
Assistance with conduct complaints
Members’ advisers are available to help legal practitioners (who hold a Tasmanian practising certificate) through the complaints process. Finding out that someone has made a complaint about your professional conduct can be distressing. Responding to the complaint can be difficult and time-consuming, and the best approach is not always obvious.
A panel of Members’ Advisers is available to assist solicitors who are the subject of a complaint, with 3 hours of free legal advice.
Members’ Advisers are:
- Tom Cox – 0439 081 066
- Chris Dockray – 0418 137 654
