Application for Associate Membership

If you have never been a member of this Society and want to apply for an associate membership, See here and check the current Fee Guide.

1. If you have been a Society associate or a practising certificate holding member (alumnus) of this Society and want to re-join, you must reactivate your account.
2. Once your account is reactivated, you can apply using this Alumni Associate Membership Form.
3. To reactivate your account contact us on (03) 6234 4133 or email your contact details to membership@lst.org.au.
4. A phone Verification of Identity (VOI) will be conducted by the Society – please expect our call within 3 business days.
