Description
Grant Blake, Clinical Psychologist, Grant Blake Psychology (Qld) presents this session for the legal profession. Lawyers face unique stressors and mental health challenges not always addressed by conventional wellbeing programs. This seminar will bring those stressors into the spotlight and explain how they can affect general mental health and wellbeing. Grant will show participants how to undertake a quick and effective self-reflection using standardised measures to evaluate their wellbeing, general mental health, vicarious traumatisation and substance use.
Key takeaways from this session are – recommendations to practice self-reflection and self-care are often vague so Grant provides a mental health and wellbeing check-up strategy that is quick, simple and backed by science. You will have access to copies of the materials used to check-in on their own mental health and wellbeing.
