Sally Hunt, Lawyer, Tasmania Legal Aid
About the Presenter:
Ms Sally Hunt graduated from the University of Tasmania with a combined Bachelor of Arts Law in 1999 and admitted to practice in 2000. After initially working at the Launceston Community Legal Centre she then moved overseas and worked at the Crown Procurator Fiscal's Office in Scotland. Sally returned to Tasmania and commenced employment as a family lawyer with Tasmania Legal Aid in 2005 and now leads the Family Advocacy and Support Service for the north of the state. Sally has been the Secretary of the Family Law Practitioners Association for the past five years and is actively involved in the family law profession. Sally is also currently studying her Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.

About the Presenter:
Ms Theresa Eaton graduated from the University of Tasmania with a combined Bachelor of Arts/Law in 1996 and was admitted to practice in 1997. Theresa commenced employment at P L Corby & Co in Launceston as a criminal/family lawyer where she was employed as an Associate until 2011. In 2012, Theresa commenced at Philip Welch Lawyers practicing solely in the area of family law/child protection matters. In 2019, Theresa became Principal of the Firm. Theresa has been a previous Chair of the Family Law Practitioners Association prior to which she served as a Committee member for a number of years.
