About the Presenter:
Mr Josh Bornstein is a National Practice Leader of both Maurice Blackburn’s Social Justice Group and its Employment and Industrial Relations Group. Josh has over 20 years’ experience as an employment and industrial relations lawyer, advising executive, managerial and professional clients throughout Australia. He has represented many women who have endured sexual harassment. In addition, he has represented many of Australia’s trade unions, the ACTU, and civil society organisations including GetUp. Josh is deputy chair of the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board and a board member of the progressive think tank, the Australia Institute.
