Online witnessing of will formation promotes individual decision making that is consistent with a person’s goals, beliefs, and preferences, by preparing the individual and others to plan for the future.

Researchers from the Queensland University of Technology, Australian Centre for Health Law Research & the Centre for Behavioural Economics, Society & Technology are currently conducting a research project that seeks to examine and understand individuals’ knowledge and experiences in relation to online witnessing and participation, and how certain individual differences translate to engagement with legal professionals and the professionals involved in new online technology alternatives for will making.

If you are a current solicitor/lawyer, paralegal or legal professional, and 18 years or older you are invited to participate in a short five minute online survey.

As part of your participation in the study, should you wish to, you may choose to enter the random prize draw for one of two cash prizes of $500.
