About the Presenter:

Mr Mark Crosswell graduated from UTAS in 2014 with a combined Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws and was admitted in 2015. Mark assists clients, including property owners and developers, with a broad range of property and commercial transactions and advice. He has built a strong commercial practice and is recognised by his clients for providing practical, accurate and timely advice. Mark has experience in commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals; acquisition and disposal of businesses (both freehold and leasehold); commercial and residential leasing; loan and security advice including preparation of loan and mortgage documents; property developments and subdivisions; and general contract and commercial advice. Mark is currently a Director of Montagu Community Living and a Committee Member for the Sandy Bay Water Polo Club. He has also previously served on the Board of Water Polo Tasmania, the Committee of the Hobart Aquatic Club and the Law Society’s Young Lawyers Committee.
