About the Presenter:

Dan Altvater, Drug Patch, has 14 years of experience of transdermal testing. Dan is an expert witness in many transdermal cases. He has also taught transdermal testing at the National Judicial College in the USA. Dan has been active in establishing drug courts through work with the NADCP.
