About the Presenter:
Mr Robert Meredith is a senior associate at Worrall Moss Martin Lawyers, leading the estate litigation team. He was admitted in 2011, at which time he undertook a pupillage as a barrister at Derwent and Tamar Chambers under (the now) Justice Stephen Estcourt QC and Chris Gunson SC. After completing his pupillage he joined Wallace Wilkinson and Webster, practicing in criminal law, general litigation and workers compensation law. His practice is now (almost) exclusively in estate litigation and disputes.
