This session delivered by Hannah Bellamy, Lawyer at the Land Titles Office (LTO, is joined by Mick Young, the Legal Examiner at the LTO to take early career lawyers through what to look for when dealing with subdivisions. The topics discussed including knowing and understanding the LTO examination process; what the LTO hopes to see in schedules of easements and what the LTO actually sees; examples common errors and causes of delays; how to address and avoid common errors; an outline of the Priority Final Plan scheme; and frequently asked questions.
