About the Presenter:

Mr Colin McKenzie, after a brief stint as a junior lawyer in Hobart, has lived on the North West Coast since 1986. He has practised in many different areas: in litigation, in the criminal jurisdiction and in various State and Federal civil courts and tribunals. More recently, his work as primarily been in personal injuries and workers compensation. He served for 10 years on the Guardianship Board of Tasmania as its Deputy President. He has also been a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal under the Legal Profession Act 2007, on the Workers Compensation Legislative Review Committee as the Society Delegate, and various voluntary not for profit boards.
