Sarah Rey, Founding Partner, Justitia Lawyers and Consultants

About the Presenter:

Ms Sarah Rey, Founding Partner, Justitia Lawyers and Consultants. Sarah's principal practice areas span human resources law, employment and discrimination advice and litigation, workplace legal training and investigations into employee misconduct and bullying, and alleged breaches of the Reportable Conduct Scheme (administered by the Victorian Commission for Children and Young People). Sarah has a particular interest in early intervention to resolve conflict. She was named in Best Lawyers in 2022 in the categories of Employee Benefits Law and Labour and Employment Law. Sarah has a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, is an accredited mediator with LEADR (now Resolution Institute), and holds a certificate with the Association of Workplace Investigators (US).
