About the Presenter:
Mr Will Justo was admitted in 1995. He joined Wallace Wilkinson & Webster in 1997 and has been a Partner since 2002. Will practises in all aspects of commercial and contract law, residential and commercial conveyancing and property development, leasing, finance and wills and estates. Will is a past President of the Law Society of Tasmania and past Chair of the Law Foundation of Tasmania. He has also been the Vice President and Treasurer of the Law Society of Tasmania and the former Chair of the Law Society Property and Commercial Law Committee. He continues to be an active member of that Committee as well as still remaining an executive member of the Council of the Law Society of Tasmania. Will is listed in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Market as a leading property lawyer as well as a leading corporate, commercial and business lawyer.

Mr Alex Bobbi provides pragmatic commercial advice to leading Tasmanian and national business owners, developers, property owners, government bodies, not for profit organisations and educational institutions. Alex has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of businesses, companies and commercial, industrial and retail properties, due diligence, leasing,
finance and security, property development and duty. Alex is a leader in the commercial and property space and regularly presents on important changes in the law, including on behalf of the Association of Corporate Counsel Australia. Alex sits on the Law Council of Australia’s National Electronic Conveyancing System Committee and is Chair of the Law Society of Tasmania’s Property and Commercial Law Committee.
