About the Presenter:

Ms Audrey Mills is part of the DMA commercial litigation team. Audrey’s practice is primarily in insurance, workplace relations and dispute resolution. She appears as counsel in the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court, the Supreme Court of Tasmania, the FWC, the ADT and the WRCT. Audrey is also trained in mediation. She is a past board member/director of TGIO Ltd, Australian National Railways Commission, Australian Women Lawyers Inc, Anglicare Tasmania Inc, Medical Board of Tasmania and the Tasmanian Law Society Council. Audrey is a past Chair and current Member of the Law Society’s Employment Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

About the Presenter:

Mr Craig Green is in-house counsel in DMA’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team, specialising in employment law. He represents and advises employers in a wide range of industries, including the education, transport and disability sectors. Craig appears regularly in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Circuit Court, the Tasmanian Industrial Commission and the Anti-Discrimination Tribunal. Craig is a member of the Industrial Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia. He is a long-standing member of the Employment Diversity and Inclusion Committee of The Law Society of Tasmania.
